The Challenge
A retail chain with over 600 outlets across India had built a strong WhatsApp marketing operation — dedicated teams, active customer conversations, high engagement. But when customers asked to book through the same chat, the chain had no answer. Their technology vendor had been trying to solve it for over a year. The problem: connecting a live, dynamic inventory system to an ongoing WhatsApp conversation in real time — and doing it in the customer's own language, whether that was Tamil, Hindi, Bengali, or any of 15 others.
The Solution
