Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 July 2026 · Last updated: 1 July 2026
1. Who We Are
Saravonix Technologies Private Limited ("Saravonix", "we", "us", or "our") is an enterprise AI and data solutions company incorporated in Chennai, India. We design, build, and deploy software that runs entirely on our customers' own infrastructure — on-premises, inside their network, with zero cloud dependency.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our website at saravonix.com and associated sub-domains, contact forms, marketing emails, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only when you choose to share it with us:
- Contact & inquiry forms — name, email address, phone number, company name, and your message when you fill in a form on saravonix.com.
- LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms — name, email address, job title, and company name when you submit a "Book a Demo" form on our LinkedIn advertisements.
- KARSHA AI chat — text you type in our website chatbot. Optionally, we ask for name, email, and phone to follow up on your inquiry.
- Analytics — page views, session duration, and country via Google Analytics (GA4). IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
- Email click tracking — when you click a link in a marketing email from us, we log the click timestamp and the link reference to measure campaign effectiveness.
We do not collect payment card data, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data (health, biometric, etc.) through this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiry or demo request.
- Schedule calls, product demonstrations, or coffee meetings.
- Send relevant product and company updates (you can opt out at any time).
- Measure and improve our website, marketing campaigns, and products.
- Comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses the following types of cookies and tracking technologies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function (session state, security tokens).
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics GA4) — measure traffic and user behaviour. Data is aggregated and anonymised.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — a small JavaScript snippet placed by LinkedIn that helps us measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns and enables us to retarget website visitors on LinkedIn. LinkedIn may use this data per their own Privacy Policy.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use this website.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our website and communications:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — website analytics. Data stored in Google's infrastructure.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (contact form replies and lead notifications sent to our team).
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager — our LinkedIn advertising platform. Lead data collected via LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms is governed by LinkedIn's terms.
- OpenAI — powers the KARSHA AI chatbot on our website. Chat messages are processed by OpenAI's API in accordance with their data processing agreements.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — invisible bot protection on contact forms.
Each of these services processes data only as necessary to deliver their service and is governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Storage & Security
Lead and contact data submitted through saravonix.com is stored in a Railway-hosted PostgreSQL database, accessible only to authorised Saravonix personnel. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.
Note: Saravonix's products are designed for on-premises deployment — our customers' business data never leaves their own servers. This privacy policy covers only the website and marketing activity, not customer deployments.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data collected through this website for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a business relationship with you, or for a maximum of 3 years from the last interaction — whichever is shorter. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
8. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and applicable international regulations, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@saravonix.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at business professionals and are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
